I ordered a sideboard, arrived with major faults, lots of chipping, dried glue allover, colour run and transfered and missing predrilled holes. Decided to return , customer service take a week to reply to an email. This is getting on for 3 weeks now and still they wont come to collect it because they are insisting on video/photographic evidence of the damage before they will escalate to their trusted partner. Absolute joke of a company, i envisage a long road to getting my money refunded, especially after reading the reviews on here saying much the same as my own experience. I wish i had read them before i had purchased. The sideboard is heavy and tightly packed and im now going to have to unbox {again} to take photos then rebox up, a right royal pain.I will never buy from range online ever again , terrible company, just doesnt seem to care at all
