Ordered a free standing wardrobe from The Range with delivery within 2 weeks, received an email saying it has been delayed then nothing else, I had to contact customer services who take about 5 days to return communication, then agreed a delivery date, then another email saying it had been damaged, then again no communication from The Range. I have been waiting 2 months for my wardrobe and still no confirmed delivery date. Shocking customer service - will not be purchasing from The Range again. Have asked for a refund which apparently takes 5 working days to come back to me!!
