appalling customer service.
In January 2022 I ordered a throw from a 'partner' from the range.
On the same day I called the Range to see if I could cancel and they said they would try. They couldn't cancel so i asked if I could arrange a return.
it's taken THREE MONTHS of emails back and forth for a return to be arranged.
and only because they decided to give me the Partners (Bazaar) details.
I rang them up (Bazaar) and it's been sorted in 5 minutes.
