How to get this right. I paid for two frames, but the website page kept saying the order didn't get through as there supposedly was a problem with the payment. As I found out after 4 times, the money has been taken instead!! Found out after checking the bank account. I am going to call the bank straight away tomorrow to block the payments. This is absolutely not professional and frankly upsetting.
Do not by from them again!
