Can’t get through on the phones despite receiving a £200 faulty ride on car. I get told to contact a number to obtain a refund despite a staff member saying initially because of the inconvenience to bring it to store to be told to go away. My sons birthday ruined because of your incompetence. It’s disgusting that you haven’t got a decent practice online and fob of your customers this way. 1 star is being generous, I would give this 0 if I could!
