I ordered two sunbeds. I want to return. The Range do not answer the phone. When they eventually do answer, the accents of the representative are extremely difficult to understand and they read from a script. They say that the contract is with the "supplier" and they are unable to help with returns - yet they can't give any basic information either. Just horrendous. Never experienced anything like this.
