Wish I could score zero, ordered from the range and the item was poor. Took weeks to get someone to pick it up. Now it's gone back and I'm still waiting on a refund. So I ring the rang, after holding for thirty minutes. A rude member of staff tells me, we don't deal with refunds. You need to email, I explained I have emailed multiple times and no one responds. He then hung up. Wow I will never order from the range again, disgusting how you treat customers and I still haven't received my refund
