I've shopped instore fairly often and the service was what should be expected. However, I've recently bought online and part of the order arrived damaged. After an extremely long wait, my call was answered and I was told to unpack the box (which was also damaged) take photo's of the said damage then repack it ready for collection. The item was a granite parasol base and I explained it couldn't be unpacked as it was in pieces and certainly wouldn't go back into a broken box. I was then told to take a photo of the box and send it to them. This I did immediately and am still waiting for a response, 9 days later. I will never shop online with the Range again.
