Absolutely awful service from start to finish. We ordered an expensive wardrobe that we had to wait 3 weeks for when we were promised it would arrive within the week. When 3 massive heavy boxes did arrive, 1 was the wrong colour. When I rang customer services the first time, I was on hold until they closed. The 2nd time, I was on hold for 45 mins. It was then 2 weeks before they picked up the wrong box & delivered the right box which was totally battered & pieces smashed. Utterly disappointed & suffice to say will never order anything from The Range again!!! I do not recommend at all!!!
