Used to be one of my favourite stores spending thousands of pounds a year for business and personal but shocking customer service from the office (shop floor staff did their best) will now be spent elsewhere. Very short sighted as to correct the error would have cost less than £100 for them. Even an apology for not replying/returning calls was not offered.
