We purchased a light online from The Range in November and it stopped working in February, it was £99.95. We contacted them and have been promised a refund since March, so far we have received nothing despite repeated attempts to contact them. Always the same excuse, we will credit your account in 5-7 days. Appalling service, never buy from them.
