Bought a rattan furniture set that is defective in so many ways it cannot be sat on. Screw holes filled with metal and staples, actual rattan peeling away, cushion covers also with threads unravelling. This was from a 'trusted' partner so the range refused to help with return and refund. I was offered a £35 refund on an unusable and defective item that cost £220. I contacted the range in the hope they would help. The response I received was that this was an acceptable resolution from the third party and that they would be closing the ticket. I'll be avoiding both the range and any the trusted partner from now on. Customer service at its worst.
