Customer service? Appalling.
I now have no alternative but to go to trading standards. The phone lines are constantly busy morning noon and night. For the past 11 days I have been responding to the online service. That also is like talking to a robot 7 online messages
And I still have a faulty water fountain? If anyone has any other advice, I'd be extremely grateful.
This will be the 1st and last time I order online with the Range .
