Disgusting.
I received a damaged item which had been returned by multiple customers before I got it (other address and return labels all over the box). I have all the evidence and photos. THIS IS FRAUD because I played for a brand new item.
My property was damaged where the delivery men forced the large box through doorway instead of removing the armchair outside. Wasted money on fuel to return the chair to the store myself after not being able to get hold of anybody on the phone line, more money wasted on 40 minute unanswered call.
Still waiting for my compensation over a month later.
I was told by Dave of the head office help team that an investigation is being carried out which is a complete lie. I haven't heard anything for weeks despite repeated attempts to nudge them in to action
I will be warning everybody I know to never use the range because they are committing fraud on who knows what kind of scale and have zero customer care.
