I ordered some clothing from the Range plus. When they arrived, they were appalling quality and so I contacted The Range to resolve. Since then I’ve spent more than 2 hours on the phone to The Range..mainly hold, on several calls.
They act as though my contract is with their supplier Jaoyeh. Eventually, they sent me a label to return the items..but when I went to the post office, they explained the label was only for a large letter.. it a parcel, so the items remain in my possession. I cannot describe how awful dealing with The Range is..they’re customer service is zero and their staff are dismissive and downright rude. I won’t give up, but after almost 4 weeks, it’s outrageous this matter hasn’t been resolved. All I want to do is send the items back, and be refunded…something so simple with every other business…not so with The Range.
