Paid for express delivery, and received half my order after 10 days.
Phoned them 3 times to get the same answer each time....it's been held but we don't know why.
I ask to speak to a manager but "managers don't talk to customers"
Terrible customer service where they all seem to say a different line to get you off the phone.
