I had to return photo frames that were described as box frames. Firstly they tried to underpay me, then a manager in store sorted that out but said I couldn’t be refunded my delivery costs. I phoned customer series who then refunded that. I was holding for 30 minutes instead of the maximum 15 and the customer services agent disconnected my call when I requested that head office confirm the description had been amended. Very rude man
