I ordered two folding chairs which arrived today. Unfortunately they were not suitable for the purpose we wanted. I rang up to ask how to return them. A very rude man told me to take them back to a store . The nearest store was too far away and he told me I would have to arrange collection myself and pay for it. The box is enormous and it will cost a fortune. He was not at all helpful and ended my conversation with”this conversation is going nowhere and I have customers waiting - Goodbye! Never had such unhelpful and rude customer service.
