Absolutely shocking experience and shoddy customer experience. Truro. SATURDAY 10TH

Queued for 45 minutes.
I item had 3 bar marks. None matched and it was our fault?
1 item was marked at a price and was higher when we got to Till.
Low and behold our fault again!
When I checked my receipt when I had paid, quess what? Price I paid was more than was on the shelf.
Now when I am greeted with antagonist service I carry on but when I am accused of being awkward I call a manager.
I ask for an explanation of why I have been charged more for an item than was displayed I am told trading standards have changed?
I request a refund to my card and am asked for name, dob, post code etc.
I refuse on gdpr grounds .
Again aggression from manager who tells me he knows all about gdpr and wants my details to issue refund.
For real? Seriously?
You need to sort. I will never go to or recommend The Range.
