I have been on here about the range before but if I go back to the last reveiw its that long it could confuse the Range custmer sevice so I have in this review, made it so easy to understand a 10 year old could work this out You have to answer the range emails through Zen desk who asks how many employers you have which i do not have im over 70 and retired , then you get adverts all over your laptop and a trogen virus was removed by my antivirus, so i can not answer back to the range e-mails .My problem is the range do not want to know, my first delivery was made with a delivery firm and part of my order was missing it was broken so it wasnt delivered , this was a coffee table my second and 3rd was a different delivery company again. order for 2 coffee tables were cancelled, from my second order. and changed to1.. got the 2 cancelled the 1 ordered havent recieved, and the 1 missing hasnt been received ,that makes 2 which I wasnt refunded for and if the range checks my total of coffee tables on orders it was 6 I received 4 , i have clocked up over 30 hours on the phone with getting nowhere ,life is short when you get past 70 , are they going give me those hours back , are they going to compensate me for the stress caused. no of course they are not. I have now gone to my bank and oppened a dispute more time wasted yet again, yes a 9 year boy can take away 4 from 6 why do the Range not understand Will follow up with any further results so you can get an insight to the problems you could
