I will never use or recommend the range! I ordered a chair and it was faulty, I had to send pictures and a video to prove that it was not in good condition. they sent out a second chair that had the same issue. after both chairs where collected in July, I have not received my refund! after making multiple calls I still haven't received my refund because their accounts team are having issues with refund. No one seems to know what's going on. to make matters worse every single person I speak to cant speak English very well so we have a language issue!!
AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT USE THE RANGE ONLINE SERVICE
