Scored a 1* because 0* sent allowed. Bought a garden parasol which had two holes in it. Eventually got a replacement agreed, when that eventually arrived it was worse then the first one. Finally today they have collected the whole thing, I guess now I have to fight to get a refund🙄
Customer service is simply shocking, the worst I have ever encountered. It’s hard to tell if it’s incompetence or if they are just deliberately disingenuous
