Ordered a gate through the range (the range plus) which is meant to be hassle free but trying to return a gate which was poor quality and damaged was the single worst experience returning anything in my life. I asked to return it the emailed back 10% discount, no, emailed back 20% discount, no, this time 30% discount so I can go and buy spray paint to paint it myself. And even after that to get confirmation that I would be collected on said date... Still nothing back. I may buy stuff in store but never again online in fear it's not from the range and from the range plus. Absolute embarrassment customer service, and when they didn't email me back for several days they blamed it on short staff, no apology just excuses. I've never left a review re bad experience but this one really got me.
