Paid £225 for a wardrobe that was delivered to my communal area rather than the flat number I provided and subsequently stolen. Haven't heard from them since I last emailed them a few days ago I am absolutely furious, this was a treat after a bad few months and I now have no money, no wardrobe and no communication.
I will be going to the Ombudsman if this isn't rectified by tomorrow.
