Faulty sofa collected 25 days ago, I was told a refund would be 3-5 working days…. Still nothing! Endless phonecalls to head office and I am given a different excuse every time. £129 out of pocket.
Do you think they are heading for closure/ administration? That’s why they are holding onto our money???
