Terrible customer service - items arrived with bits missing - re packaged and spent 70 mins to report this - customer service assured that this would be addressed - lies.
48hrs later - email saying take photos of missing items….. this is a bit difficult ………..
Then no further acknowledgment of what to do or where to send - so item sent back to the address on the website which is probably wrong - followed by raising a dispute and chargeback via card company - appalling service. Yet, Amazon item arrive the same day, sent back 24hr later and refunded immediately - says a lot!!!
