If I could rate them a zero I would. I spent 2 hours on hold to them trying to get through. Was position 57 in the queue, got to first then got hung up immediately. I am seething.
I’ve been trying to get any response for a refund for 2 MONTHS. I’ve called multiple times and still nothing.
I will be taking this further now. I ordered a bed that didn’t function as a bed.
