DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THE RANGE. I have had good experiences when shopping in-store, but not on-line. I have ordered an item and got an acknowledgement from the courier and The Range within one day.
I had a 'dispatched' email from The Range the following day and the courier's tracking web page showed the item had been collected - for delivery the next day. The next day I got a 'delayed' status - and this is where it has remained for over 4 days. I contacted the courier, who say the item had not been delivered to them (in spite of their tracking suggesting otherwise).
I contacted The Range via the website and surprisingly got a reply later that day. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Since then I have heard nothing even after chasing three times. The phone line always seems to have a long queue. If nothing happens within one day, I'll get PayPal to start a dispute process and recover my money that way.
