My item arrived broken. It stated on order to contact customer services to organise a return. I contacted them 5 days ago and no response yet. It states on website you will get a response within 4 days. I tried phoning but after 40 mins and going from 57 in queue to 39 I gave up! You’ve taken my money and I’ve received damaged and broken goods. Very poor customer service!!
