Placed an order on line on the 20/11/22 but no order arrived, tried to ring the costumer service line (premium rates) and sat for 15 mins then the bot told me I was 47th in the line !, sent emails and received the same response of " your order is delayed by 24/48 hours its been 14 days now and still no order and can not get anyone to phone me or its a 3 hour wait on the so called premium phone line they use ,
This is the first and last time we will use the Range on line shopping service, will have to put in a claim to the bank as no goods= poor service or worse.
