I bought a dining chair online from The Range and after opening the box decided it wasn’t worth the money I paid! I emailed The Range the same day regarding a return and they replied the same day asking for the order number! I replied with what they asked me to provide and three emails later had still not had any response! I then called the number provided on their website, and hour later of being on hold finally spoke to someone! What a waste of time as they are not able to process a return and refund, and had to email a company for my return/refund! I have still not heard back from anyone so again emailed customer service, and surprise, no reply! I gave them until end of day yesterday so now I’m going to take it to the highest level outside of customer service! Absolutely disgusting customer service, and ridiculous that I can’t take to a store which would be a lot easier than waiting on useless staff!
