Ordered telescopic hanging rail. Confirmation delivery would be before 9th November. Was not received so contacted customer service. They said someone would contact me in 4 to 5 days. Needless to say no one did. In the end wrote a proper letter, not email, to head office in Plymouth. Again NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Went into Paignton store. They said I need to contact the courier ITDGlobal. This I did they say The RANGE are not one of their customers probably a partner company and I need to go back to the range to get a refund and any compensation. I have all the paperwork and my next step will be The Manager and if no joy, then small claims court. I'm fed up with being pushed from pillar to post with no one taking responsibility.
