Sent me a faulty chair, tried to resolve this issue since the 18th December but had no communication from them , phone que is always 40 plus, I have sent around 15 emails , not had 1 reply, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, Aviod the range its now worth the HASSLE
