ordered 3 large bags of wood pellets, paid and received confirmation email, Currier delivered two, DHL confirm there is a bag missing but I've tried telephoning emailing and texting The Range to absolutely no response when I do get through I'm told we will look into this and raise a credit but nothing turns up.
