The WORSE! I'm waiting for a refund for an incorrect size item that was sent to me twice for the same order, both items as been returned. one since December 2022 and the other since 3rd of January. I gave them the returned number that I received from Royal mail by both emails and by
phone.Despite several emails and phone calls I yet to receive a refund. They keep sending me several automated emails that makes no sense, when I called they keep telling me that they are waiting for range plus partner, when I asked for a contact number for this range plus partner I'm told that they haven't got one... and I'm still waiting for my money which I have no intention to lose..
