Electric returned by courier 12/12/22 six weeks later and we are still awaiting the 604.00 refund ! Horrendous customer service I ring 2 —3 times and week to be told the same thing …”you need to be patient “ I don’t think they can understand it’s 604.00 not £6 !! Am now seeking advice from citizens advice . Never again would I use them
