Ordered a bed online from the range on 27th February 2023 and paid £20 for delivery to be within 5 days. Instantly after submitting the order I received an email to state that the bed I ordered would take longer to be despatched due to unprecedented demand, however I stuck with it as we really needed a bed desperately. After some time we got an email to say it was out for delivery and that was all just another nightmare!! It stated you get a call from the driver 30 minutes before they arrive at your property however I got a call 5 minutes before. I explained to the driver that I was 5 minutes from home and he agreed to wait however when I got home I got a call from the call centre to say he had left as he couldn’t wait?? By this point I was fuming enough but they said I could rebook. The next delivery date was over a week later but I decided to stick by it and wait for this bed. Over a week later on the day of delivery I then get a text to say that the bed is damaged and is being sent back to the warehouse and the range would take it from here. As you can imagine I was fuming at this point so emailed the range to cancel my order and refund me. I spoke to a man who said they would get my order cancelled straight away and my refund would be with me in 5-7 working days. On the 6th working day I checked my bank, still no refund so I emailed the range again to make sure this had been processed. The next lady I spoke to advised me that my order has in fact not been cancelled and my refund was not issued originally however she reassured me she would get it done and I will have my refund in 3-5 working days. So forward on to 23rd March 2023, I’ve so far waiting just under 1 month and had nothing g but stress! I would absolutely not be ordering online from the range ever again.
