Delivery didn't turn up when due- online tracking had said processing for over a week-spoke to customer services after 30 mins on hold to be told all payments had gone through the item was in stock and the order was processing and to call back in a few hours! Insisted on speaking to someone who could actually help me or make a decision and was put on hold-for 15 minutes.Dire service do not buy anything online from The Range- a 1.4 overall satisfaction rating from over 1600 customers says it all!!!
