Where do I start. Bought a New Hampshire Patio set and payed extra to be delivered in 5 days. When delivery date came from them it was 12 days after order. On day of delivery the van broke down.(we was the last delivery and it broke down then. Hmm) New delivery date was a week later and finally got delivered. Started unpacking and one of the backs was bent and damaged. Phoned Customer service and was on hold for 2 HOURS and 10 MINUTES. Had to pack it back up and wait for another 1 to be sent out which was another 2 week wait. Came yesterday and started putting it together and found that it had wrong parts in (the sides have been duplicated and 0ne doesn't fit). Phoned customer service up AGAIN ( was 2 in line and still took 45 minutes to speak to someone) and they told us we need to take it all back down and repack it and they would replace it AGAIN. The customer service from The Range is Shocking. If I was you I would go somewhere else because these people don't care.
