My husband ordered a garden chair for my birthday but it was lost by the courier. Cancelled the order only for it to randomly arrive a week later. Arranged a return and still have not received a refund, this is now 5/6 weeks since the initial order. Customer service is diabolical - hours waiting on the phone - no one answering. Emails take up to 5 days to answer. Facebook is quicker to reply but passes the buck back to customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
