I ordered replacement cushion covers for my outdoor furniture. The quality was cheap and the dimensions were smaller than noted on the website. I contacted the Range via email requesting to return the product. They responded within a couple days (not bad) with approval and asked me to nominate a collection date. I did so and never heard back. I wrote several times asking for additional information, but no one ever replied. I then called the range and spent a hideous amount of time on hold as I was 25th in the queue. The representative said she could not help me but would put a call out to her supplier and ask them to get in touch with me.
A week later somebody wrote me and apologised for the delay. They again asked me to nominate a day for collection, which I did. I never heard back from them and they never collected the item. It’s been weeks of no response. Just an awful company. £69 gone.
