Very bad customer service, after waiting for more than 30minutes on the phone, the agent on the call was working from home I believe and the dog keep barking bahind him. Terrible, terrible attitude. No appology or solution. Simply said, nothing I can do . I paid extra £6 for tomorrow's delivery but only one item was sent and the other will be delivered on 26th June, looks like coming from China. Really.
