If I could give no stars I would. I have been waiting 6.5 weeks for a refund and have no indication of why it’s taken so long or when I will receive my money. I tried calling customer support today as my emails seem to have stopped being responded to. I waited one hour and forty five minutes to get from position 18 to 6 in the queue. I had to hang up because I had to go to work. What a complete shambles this company is. And I have no idea if or when I’ll get my money back!
