I made an order and simply wanted to cancel it because I chose the wrong item, this, with any other place is a very simple thing to do which does not take any time. However with The Range, you need to call them to cancel it, when I went to contact page to get the number it said "Current wait time: 20 minutes". I called and was placed on the queue started at 36 place and after 1.5 hours I was still on 18th place. And because I chose next day delivery, they won't cancel it because it has been dispatched during the time I have been waiting. Absolutely garbage of service.
