Worst Customer Service ever. We are trying to send back two garden chairs that were mismatched and damaged. The Company fob you off with another number to call that can take ages to get through. Then you have to send pictures of the item to an email address and wait for a response. When nothing is received back you call them again and wait your turn. When you do get through they say they have received no email and can't do anything else.... you just go round in circles. NEVER BUY FROM THESE jokers. Absolute pits of Customer Service.
