Useless! Ordered an item for a confirmation email, they said delivery in 8 days……7 days later got an email to say the item had been dispatched waited another 7 days. Called twice. The first time I was told it was stuck in the warehouse the second time They told me it had been sent back due to damage! Never even received the item, offered me a refund on the p&p.
Anyway, after asking for a refund I got one (was told it would take 3-5 working days)
Never ever again I will order from the range.
