I needed to send 2 rolls of wallpaper back for a refund as the store will not take it back . So emailed the customer service team 11th September and arrange for collection from my home address for 20th September which they confirmed by email and all details and very slow at replying, but no one turned up ? So emailed again and it took them a while again to reply with no apology just to rearrange and tell them all the details again ???? So now it's booked for 10th October's and did ask them to confirm which they have but will have to wait and see if they turn up again . Very unhappy and will not be using this company again to order anything very complicated so disappointed and rubbish customer service
