Dreadful customer service still waiting for refund on a sofa spoke to several different nationalities on customer service an same reply that waiting for refund to be approved they have refunded an armchair but not sofa an replies repeat sofa refunded
It’s like pulling teeth
Also very hard to get a real person or confirmation emails a joke as never sent !
