Terrible customer service. They make returns near impossible. Been trying to return an item for weeks - endless phone calls. The answer is always 'we are waiting on the seller for advise on how you can return'. I thought the Range was the seller! Turns out, half the stuff they are flogging is other sellers. Happy to take my money for some cushions but won't tell me how I can return or get a refund. No way to escalate or make a complaint. very dodgy business practices. Avoid!
