The store in Torquay looks like a bomb has hit it. Store management seem non-existent and goods are dumped all over place. It is a complete muddle, many gaps on the shelves and skips and goods waiting to be put out keeling over in the aisles. 80% of the items are un-priced. Often only one person on the checkout and no self service facility to alleviate the long queues.
An excellent example of how not to run a retail business.
